- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time (3–5 business days).

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders above ₹500. The free shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment on our Order Tracking page or directly on the courier's website.
5. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. For remote or difficult-to-access areas, delivery may take additional time.
6. Delivery Issues
- If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please contact us immediately.
- Reganto is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
- Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
